We thought they'd never end

We'd sing and dance forever and a day

Back in the recesses of time

Our memories will ebb to and fro

It's hard to believe how quick time has passed

Where did thirty two years go?

Once you were my little girl

Now you have a girl of your own

And two beautiful sons

Who love their sweet mom

Who's the center of this very poem.

May your life be overflowing with love

Keep your eye on the prize

And strong be the ties

of our family with life from above.
